Indoor or outdoor installation? Our saunas are designed for indoor use but can be installed outdoors if fully covered and protected from rain. Outdoor setups or colder environments may affect heat retention and warm-up times. For optimal performance, we recommend indoor installation. Contact us for help assessing your space.
Electrical Specifications? A standard 10-amp household power. The operating costs for our saunas depend on the model generally range from $0.47 to $0.77 per hour.

Delivery lead time? Our saunas are in high demand and often sell out ahead of time. While the waitlist is typically 1-2 months, units may occasionally become available sooner. On average, you can expect a 4-6 week timeframe from pre-order to installation.
Free delivery and installation? We provide free delivery and installation within a 90 km radius of our warehouses in major cities. For locations beyond this range, a delivery fee will be applied.
Type of wood? Our saunas are crafted exclusively from 100% Canadian Hemlock, with no particle board or wood substitutes.
Type of glue? We use minimal adhesive, and any glue applied is non-toxic.
EMF readings? Our saunas are classified as "Ultra-Low" EMF (0-3 mGs), measured within one inch of the heater panels. These readings are verified by our manufacturer and independently tested with each shipment.
Warranty? We offer a 5-year warranty that covers both parts and labor. If any issues occur after the warranty period, we will repair them at cost. Our carbon mica panels are built to last for a minimum of 50,000 hours.
Warm up time? The warm-up time varies based on factors like installation location, the time of year, and ambient temperature. Generally, it takes 25-45 minutes to reach the maximum temperature, but we recommend using the sauna at temperatures of 45°C and above to fully enjoy the infrared benefits.
